Te keshilloj nje nxirje natyrale dhe te ngadalte. Pra vendos krem mbrojtes jo me mbrojtje shume te larte per trupin dhe nje me mbrojtje shume te larte per fytyren. Nuk eshte nevoja te nxihesh brenda nje dite por gradualisht cdo dite. Nuk te keshilloj solarin dhe sikur te ishe 18 vjec pasi kohet e fundit eshte zbuluar se rrezet e llampave jane kanceroze per lekuren Faleminderit Pershendetje Barbie!
Te keshilloj nje nxirje natyrale dhe te ngadalte. Pra vendos krem mbrojtes jo me mbrojtje shume te larte per trupin dhe nje me mbrojtje shume te larte per fytyren.
